Refund Policy

Each refund will be assessed individually as majority of our products are custom ordered.

To be eligible to return goods, the product must be in original condition, packaging intact and no damage to the product. Please note, any costs involved in returning products will be solely at the buyer’s expense.

Non-stocked items and products that are custom ordered, which are accepted in good condition by the buyer, are non-returnable.

Manufacturers return policy will apply to each specific product.
